Repairing On/Off Site

The equipment will be delivered to the site for on-site installation and commissioning within 15 working days after your company signs for receipt.

We provide 24 months free maintenance service. Guarantee period is from the date of acceptance against any manufacturing defects and faulty materials. During this guarantee period, any items or parts found to be defective, will be replaced by us free of charge. Cleaning parts and parts damaged by any external cause shall not be covered under this guarantee. But paid service can be supplied by us. Guarantee obligation will be expired along with expiry of guarantee period.

At the same time, we achieve remote control equipment overseas, to solve customer concerns.
